DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
Yes! Please reach out via email, phone call, and/or contact form to discuss insurance coverage.
WHAT STATES ARE YOU ALLOWED TO PROVIDE THERAPY SERVICES?
Due to licensing restrictions, all clients that I see for therapy must live in Ohio, Texas, Florida, or Michigan.
HOW LONG ARE YOUR SESSIONS, AND WHAT IS THE FEE PER SESSION FOR PRIVATE PAY (WITHOUT INSURANCE)?
All therapy sessions are scheduled for 60 minute sessions:
-$125 for individual sessions
-$135 for couples sessions
Other Clinical Tasks: Writing letters, participating in phone calls with other professionals, completing requested forms, etc accompany a fee as well.
**Please note: Although, I may accept your current insurance plan, these extra services are not covered by insurance and will need to be paid out-of-pocket.
WHAT DAYS/TIMES DO YOU OFFER SESSIONS?
Tuesday from 5:00PM to 8:00PM
Wednesday from 5:00PM to 7:00PM
Thursday from 7:00AM to 9:00AM
Thursday from 6:30PM to 8:30PM
*All times are in CST
*If requested, I can possibly make special arrangements to meet with you outside of scheduled session hours (such as weekends).
DO YOU OFFER VIRTUAL/TELEHEALTH SESSIONS?
Yes, at this time, every session that we have together will be conducted virtually through a secure video-conferencing platform.
WHERE IS YOUR OFFICE LOCATED?
At this time, I am operating as a virtual private practice. Meet me on the screen!
CAN I USE MY INSURANCE EVEN THOUGH YOU’RE “OUT-OF-NETWORK”?
Yes, you can. Many clients have great out-of-network benefits. All you’d have to do is contact the number on the back of your insurance card to speak with someone who can provide you more information.
I’d be more than happy to provide you with a Superbill with all the necessary information for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE ANY PAPERWORK BEFORE I START THERAPY WITH YOU?
Yes, I will send intake forms to you electronically once we’ve collaborated on a day and time for your initial assessment session.
HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU WOULD BE A GOOD FIT?
I strongly encourage all potential clients to schedule a free 15-minute consultation call prior to scheduling our first appointment.
During this meeting, you’ll have the opportunity to tell me what brings you to therapy as well as ask any questions & voice any concerns you may have.
If we decide that we’re a good fit, we’ll, then, collaborate on a day and time for your initial assessment session.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT YOU?
Either text or email. You can call me if you’d like, but I usually send calls to voicemail and listen to them throughout the day. Whether you text, email, or call, I will get back to you within 2 business day.
